Dr. Abby Milliron
Abby Milliron, MD
Dr. Milliron is a native to Western New York, growing up in East Aurora and then moving on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University at Buffalo. She then took a gap year working as a teaching assistant with Americorps in Buffalo before starting medical school at Jacobs School of Biomedical Sciences. She completed her residency training in Combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, where she served as Chief Resident from 2024-2025. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, taking walks with her dogs, reading, or seeing a musical.
